They will show at EXPOMIN 2021 the following systems: SmartGrinding Real-time monitoring system for SAG and ball mills, which captures information on critical impacts, trajectory, fill level, wear of grinding bodies and temperature inside the mills. The main objective is to keep the process under continuous control, avoiding unscheduled shutdowns and maximizing the utilization of assets. The service is harmless to the operation due to the use of sensorized grinding bodies with state-of-the-art technology and minimal intervention in the mill. SmartVib Real-time monitoring system of vibrations generated by the internal load in the mantle of SAG and conventional mills. The main objective of this service is to be able to determine and establish the areas of greater and lesser impact of grinding bodies inside the mill. Through sensors located above the bolts on the outside, information is captured to analyze the behavior of the internal load of the mill. This service is complementary to SmartGrinding and non-invasive to the operation. SmartHydro System that allows to monitor the vibrations generated by the discharge flow in the APEX of the hydrocyclone. The main objective is to generate a real-time alert of when the flow is discharged in a cordoned off or sprayed manner.
