As Purchasing and Contracts Management belonging to the Vice-Presidency of Corporate Services of Sierra Gorda SCM (SGSCM) we are very pleased to be present once again at Expomin, which brings together important mining companies, national, local and international suppliers of large-scale mining, allowing us to promote the exchange of ideas, analysis, diagnoses and contributions in order to promote solutions that benefit our industry. In this opportunity all the Superintendencies of the Management will participate: 1. Service Contracts, 2. Supply and Repair Contracts 3. Purchases 4. Infrastructure Contracts Our main focus is to expand our supplier market for the processes that are in our bidding roadmap associated to the processes that are permanently required by the operation and that must be renewed through a competitive bidding through a previous activation period that allows us to award a new bidder eventually. In this activation process it is key to know technologies and methodologies that allow us to improve our processes to deliver integral solutions to internal customers and also to generate long-term relationships with our suppliers. For this purpose it is relevant that they can be registered in the SICEP platform of the AIA, which allows us to prequalify suppliers and that we constantly use to publish the different requirements that c has in search of new actors. In SGSCM we seek solutions that allow us to contribute, improve and optimize our processes while safeguarding the sustainability of the business in financial, environmental and human terms.
