Pioneer pumps are a strategic ally for the mining and oil industry, ideal for drainage, plant and process applications; drainage of flooded mines and quarries; movement of solutions between basins; transfer of industrial sediments or tank-to-tank fluids; pumping of soft slurries and polymers; dust suppression; sand and gravel washing. These self-priming pumps with assisted vacuum system (PP), of great robustness, guarantee dry operation, without the need of water in the pump or in the suction pipe, since they have permanent lubrication in their oil chamber seal. As they are self-priming, after the initial priming, they continue the pumping process automatically. The other big star will undoubtedly be the MINETUFF series, specially designed for mine groundwater drainage and dewatering. They are available in 5 power ratings: from 5 to 90 kW, 7 to 120 HP. They are highly resistant and lightweight, as they feature aluminum castings, duplex stainless steel alloy impellers (SteelTuff™), polymer coating (PolyTuff™) on wet end components and mechanical seal (SealTuff™) viton with hard faces (WCCR/SiC). The great advantage of Minetuff pumps is that they have most of the components interchangeable with other models on the market, making them very easy to maintain. They are supplied with 15 meters length of mining cable type: 241.1. Motor with IP68 protection and NEMA Class H insulation (185 °C). In addition, participants will be able to get in touch with the submersible electric well pumps built in stainless steel and cast iron, coupled with Franklin Electric motors (ideal when the water comes from groundwater).
