All its variables and measurement technologies connected to its industrial IoT and cloud-based Netilion ecosystem, is what those who visit Endress+Hauser Chile’s booth in pavilion 6, 22b and 22a at Expomin 2023 will be able to experience and not only that, it will also showcase failure simulations, condition monitoring and they will even be able to obtain live verification certificates. “This is the first time that our mobile showroom, called One Story Exhibition, is presented at a fair, because we believe that the main mining fair in Latin America deserves it. In the One Story Exhibition we will show our latest launches and technologies for this industry, where participants will have the possibility to see our equipment measuring, perform fault simulations, or obtain online verification reports,” says Nicolás Cádiz, Industry Manager for Mining, Minerals and Metals at Endress+Hauser Chile. During the four days of the fair from April 24 to 27 they will be showing the digital capabilities of the Swiss-German company: “We don’t want to tell them about our technology, we want them to experience it and that’s why we will also have demonstrations of our latest equipment covering flow measurement variables, level, pressure, temperature, liquid analysis, gas and system components, all oriented to the mining industry,” said Nicolás Cádiz. He added that the increasing demands on mining companies, as well as the need to care for the environment, make it even more necessary to have intelligent instruments. “Robust and reliable measurement technologies, combined with communication protocols that are easy to use and integrate into control systems,” he said. For the Endress+Hauser Chile specialist, the measuring equipment provides an overview of the plant. “Many times they are left only with the measurement variables and the technology that Endress+Hauser delivers is much more. It is diagnosis, verification certificates and it is good to have IIoT services as a complement to the traditional control architecture, because it allows to integrate operations often not measured as the areas of water resources, mine operations, custody transfer of fuel or reagents, etc. This translates into an adjusted balance and therefore cost savings”.
