Bravo Energy is a company with more than 25 years of experience dedicated to the treatment of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste, through the energetic revaluation of these, in addition to the production and sale of industrial fuels. The main objective is to process waste and reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills, contributing to Zero Waste to Landfill. By 2023, 95% of the waste received is expected to be revalued. Bravo Energy has a hazardous waste treatment plant, both liquid and solid, in Maipú and waste transfer stations in the cities of Antofagasta and Puerto Montt, which allow us to increase logistical efficiency in the transfer and to be able to serve our customers from Arica to Punta Arenas. In terms of processes, we group waste into 4 groups: – Used lubricating oils: this waste goes through a thermal cracking process that through a physical-chemical process similar to oil distillation, allows us to generate a fuel called Very low sulfur fuel oil, a low sulfur fuel suitable for use in boilers, furnaces and ships. – Riles: are treated by a physicochemical process, and then analyzed in our laboratory to verify compliance with DS 609. – Chemical waste: enters the blending process where it is transformed into a liquid alternative fuel called CAL, which is used by the cement industry to replace other fossil fuels. – Solid and Discarded Waste: depending on their nature, they can undergo a grinding process to transform them into an alternative solid CAS fuel used in the cement industry or they can be segregated for proper recycling. In addition, we have an environmental area to advise your company in the development of management plans, approval of Respel warehouses, single window management, sanitary reports, among others, so that your company acts responsibly and legally before the sanitary and environmental authorities.
